  • How do I make a donation on LetzChange?

    You can select any project close to your home, a project working on your favorite cause, or any other project by clicking on Donate. You can complete your donation by following simple steps in less than a minute. If you are not logged in or registered with us then the portal will prompt a simple log in or registration process to make a successful donation.

  • Why should I make a donation on LetzChange?

    LetzChange presents a selection of ways for you to make a donation. It could be a cause close to your heart, an NGO in your hometown, or an organization you have supported in the past. In order to maximize the impact, no fee is deducted from the donations, implying that the entire amount reaches the NGO.

  • Is my donation on LetzChange secure?

    Security is of utmost importance to LetzChange and we have carefully selected our payment service providers to ensure that your donation payment details are handled securely. LetzChange does not store any payment details from the donors or even require you to enter these details on our site.

  • What payment methods are accepted on LetzChange?

    There are various methods to choose from, such as:

  • I have donated to the wrong project. What should I do?

    The donations can be transferred to the correct project if the request for the change in project is made immediately after the donation. However, once the amount is transferred to the NGO, any change in the donation would not be made.

    In case you seek refund for the incorrect donation, we would need permission from the NGO whose project you have accidentally donated to. Please get in touch with the NGO the donation has been made to and explain the situation. If they are happy for us to refund the donation, please ask them to drop us an email to let us know.

  • Can I receive a refund for my donation?

    All donations made through LetzChange are final. A refund is made only under extraordinary circumstances – such as fraudulent use of your credit or debit card – if proven. If such circumstances arise, please contact or +91-124-6500401.

  • I am facing a problem while trying to make a donation. Where can I get help?

  • How and when does the donation reach the NGO?

    We disburse donations to the respective NGOs at the end of every month. The amounts are transferred directly to the NGO’s bank accounts.

  • Is there a minimum donation amount?

    Yes, your donation must be a minimum of ₹ 100 to be processed through LetzChange

  • Will my entire donation reach my selected NGO?

    Yes. When you donate to an NGO project on LetzChange, the entire donation amount reaches the NGO. We don’t deduct any commission, transaction fees or even payment gateway charges.

  • I can’t find my receipt. How can I get a new one?

    Receipts for all donations will reach the donor within 60 days from the date of the transaction. You can also log in to your account to access your donation history.

  • How do I reset my password?

    For security reasons, we are unable to access your password, but it is very easy for you to reset it yourself. Click the link in the top right hand corner of our site that says “Get Started.” When you do, enter your email address and click “Lost your password?” Our system will then send you an email with a link that will allow you to choose a new password for your account.

  • Can I make an anonymous donation?

    Please contact our support if you wish to hide your transaction details.

  • Do I need to enter my PAN while making a donation?

    Per the Indian Income Tax Authority Rule, it is mandatory to enter PAN for donations above ₹ 5,000. Therefore, you need to enter your PAN for any donation that is more than ₹ 5,000. For any other queries, contact us at
