Bright Spark Education and Women of Courage Program
Donations to this NGO have 50% tax exemption for Indian donors.
Under Youngistaan Foundation we have Four Active Programs, however for this campaign we want to raise money for two programs.
1. Bright Spark Education Program
2. Women of Courage (Women Empowerment Program).
BSEP: We work with 300 children at five different location (2 Slums, 1 Govt School, 2 Orphanages).
The Bright Spark Program is a holistic mentoring initiative that creates mindful and ‘caring’ learning spaces for underserved learners (6 to 15 year-olds) by integrating fundamental academic knowledge with higher-order thinking skills and vital life skills so that they can become active, responsible, and compassionate participants in their communities and in the world at large.
Our need here is the resources for teaching aid, books, teacher trainings, a few children school dress, fees, experiential training and visits and more.
Women of Courage is a gender awareness program that aims to build safe spaces of dialogue and engage and empower adolescent girls at government schools, low-income schools and slums. It sparks and sustains crucial conversations on teen health and sanitation, taboos and myths, the gender gap in education, and safety rights.
We aim to reach at least 5 Lakh girls/women this year (2017). We are raising funds for sanitary napkins and other admin costs.
Bright Spark Action:
Active and regular classes making tangible difference in the lives of children through our trained volunteer mentors.

1. Hoping these 300 children become smarter, not only in educational scores but in a life, become a better person.
2. It'll be great to see close to 5 lakh girls and women are reached through our multiple awareness programs.
